This document is designed to help inform you of the refund and cancellation policies that Flight Logics Pty Ltd and its participants agree to follow.

Safety Management Services

All sales are final with any Flight Logics Pty Ltd safety management service packages and are non-refundable. Should a client or participant wish to cancel a booked consultation or workshop session included in the package, the time and date can be rescheduled to suit the client’s requirements.

Face-to-Face and Live Virtual Workshops

All workshop bookings are non-refundable. If for any reason, a participant cannot attend or wishes to withdraw from a scheduled workshop:

We encourage our participants to provide us at least 24-hour notice prior to the workshop date to inform us of any cancellations. In this case, the workshop can be rescheduled to another time and date to suit the individual. 

Once training has commenced – no refund is available to nominated participants who are not in attendance without notice or leave before completion. If the participant can provide a medical certificate or show personal hardship, then the workshop can be rescheduled to a time and date to suit the individual. 

Online Courses

All sales are final with any Flight Logics Pty Ltd online course modules (online-only and hybrid). You must read the course page information to ensure you purchase the correct course suitable to your individual needs and situation. No refund or course transfer is available to participants and clients who have paid for training once the online course has been made available.
